What you'll be doing?
  • Set artistic direction: Lead decision-making on art themes and directions for each game, ensuring a cohesive and engaging visual experience.
  • Create captivating assets: Spearhead the design and delivery of high-quality 2D and 3D assets and animations that bring games to life.
  • Mentor and maintain standards: Guide junior artists and uphold industry standards across all deliverables, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Produce diverse game elements: Craft characters, backgrounds, UI, and items for casino slot games, showcasing your versatility and creativity.
  • Innovate and optimize: Apply your problem-solving skills to streamline development processes and enhance team efficiency.
  • Lead under pressure: Deliver top-notch work while managing tight deadlines and guiding your team through challenges.
Who are they looking for?
  • Art education: Hold a Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or Certificate in digital art, traditional art, animation & VFX, or equivalent field.
  • Gaming experience: Bring at least 2 years of experience in game art creation, with a focus on 2D and UNITY game art.
  • Multilingual communicator: Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is essential for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Software proficiency: Expert in Adobe Photoshop, with knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Z-brush, After Effects, Spine2D, and Cinema 4D being advantageous.
  • Gaming industry insight: Previous experience in game studios, slot gaming, or online gaming is a plus, but not required.
  • Creative problem-solver: Demonstrate strong creative thinking and the ability to overcome challenges in innovative ways.
