Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, camera-confident, and trend-savvy Brand Affiliate Content Creator to produce authentic, engaging content that mirrors the style and voice of real affiliates on the Tiktok affiliate account.

This role bridges the gap between influencer-style storytelling and brand marketing—creating relatable, organic-style trending videos that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion on TikTok.

You will be responsible for conceptualising, filming, and editing content that feels native to the audience, leveraging current trends and relatable formats to showcase SKINMADE's products in a natural and trustworthy way. Also, it's to build up the relationship with the community

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Production

  • Develop and produce short-form video content (TikTok and potentially other platforms) that authentically represents SKINMADE products — as if from a real affiliate's perspective. As well as internal [BRAND] postings on official social media platforms if needed.
  • Plan and execute storylines such as "product try-ons," "first impressions," "skincare routines," and "problem-solution" formats.
  • Maintain consistency with brand tone and guidelines while ensuring content feels organic and relatable to the community.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, community, and design teams to align content direction with campaign themes and promotional calendars.
  • Shoot, edit, and optimise content for various social formats, ensuring quality, trend relevance, and strong engagement potential.

Trendspotting & Strategy

  • Keep up-to-date with TikTok, and relatable trends—especially those within skincare and beauty niches—to apply viral formats in a brand-aligned way.
  • Suggest new ideas, scripts, and creative angles inspired by user-generated content and affiliate creators for affiliate and brand accounts.

Performance & Optimisation

  • Monitor the performance of published content using engagement metrics and audience feedback.
  • Provide insights on what types of affiliate-style content perform best and make creative recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Participate in content review sessions to continuously refine tone, storytelling, and format based on performance data for the responsible accounts

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience would be great in content creation, social media marketing, or influencer-style video production (beauty/skincare industry preferred).
  • Strong camera presence and comfort in filming yourself or others.
  • Skilled in video editing for social platforms (CapCut and others relevant editing app).
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and viral storytelling.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for skincare, beauty, and authentic content. Able to work independently and deliver quality content under tight deadlines.
