Underwriter/Medical Claims Assessor in MNC

Underwriting:

  • Accurately underwrite all products including medical underwriting by assessing the risks according to company guidelines and regulations.
  • Maintains a high level of accuracy (Quality) and always seek to improve individual quality scores with time.
  • Ensure meeting individual productivity target and turn-around-time, always seek to improve individual productivity scores with time.

Claims Process:

  • Accurately process/assess all claim types in adherence to company guideline and quality standard
  • Review and approve cases that is within the claims authority granted
  • Review and approve cases that exceed subordinate's authority (for Senior Associate)
  • Document claims assessments comprehensively, ensuring transparency and clarity in decision making.
  • Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark

Requirement:

  • Experience in Underwriting or life claims or medical claims (at least 1 year)
  • Mandarin speaking (read, write and type Traditional Mandarin)
  • Budget: below RM6000 (total package)
  • Came from bio related background
  • Willing to work on shift below:
  • UNI – Tues to Sat | Mon – Fri (Rotation Basis)

Claims – Mon to Fri | Daily OT may required | OT on weekend

  • Willing to work in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya
  • Willing to work for heavy OT
  • Willing to follow HK Calendar

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma in Biomedical, Bioscience, Medicine, Dietitian, MBBS, Nursing, Pharmacy or any related major.
  • Lab, Nurse, Doctor, Food Science, Nutrition, Physiotherapist, Pharmacist background are welcomed to apply.
  • Computer literate in MS Office, sound problem solving and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and good commitment at work, good attitude, willing to learn
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin as it's support to Hong Kong / Singapore.
  • Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply as training is provided.
  • Candidates with years of claims experience are good to apply.
