- To handle sales inquiries and purchase requests such as coordinating with customers/suppliers regarding product requirements/sourcing, pricing, order processing and delivery status.
- To generate Sales Quotation, Delivery Order, Sales/Cash Sales Invoice, and other internal documents.
- To check on selling price vs cost price to endure no loss-making in each sales order.
- Inventory management such as inventory planning, secure supply, level of stock and verify stock count with accounting inventory records.
- Ensure proper accuracy documentation for the whole sales and purchase process and upload all documents into AutoCount system.
- To follow up on collection debtor's payment.
- To maintain a systematic filling procedure.
- To prepare daily and monthly reports on timely basis.
- To coordinate with all related departments in order to achieve the plan target and schedule.
- To perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned whenever necessary from time to time.
