Key Responsibilities
Operational Human Resources (HR)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for all levels.
- Administer and process payroll for employees in both Malaysia (KL) and Singapore, including statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, CPF, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, Singapore MOM guidelines, and company policies.
- Maintaining employee records, HRIS systems, and personnel files.
- Provide HR administrative support, including drafting letters such as appointment, confirmation, transfer, salary review, acceptance, etc.
- Prepare the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Company Training Plan (CTP); manage HRD Corp training grants and reimbursements.
- Support employee engagement, welfare programs, and staff development activities across all levels.
- Process payroll and manage compensation and benefits, including salary structures, increments, bonuses, AWS, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax PCB, etc.) for employees in both Malaysia (KL) and Singapore.
- Administer attendance, leave records, and provide monthly payroll inputs.
- Prepare HR-related reports for management review and audits.
- Manage work pass applications and cancellations for Singapore-based employees.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary cases, misconduct investigations, and basic counselling when necessary.
- Assist with ISO implementation and company ROC filings.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as required by management.

Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR or administrative roles.
Core Competency:
Familiarity with the Employment Act and Malaysian labor laws.
Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with HR2000 and Employment Hero systems will be an added advantage
Ability to process payroll for both Malaysia (KL) and Singapore
