About the role

Joining the growing team at TMI Container Line Sdn Bhd, we are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to contribute to our success. In this full-time, office-based role in Klang, Selangor, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with both existing and prospective clients
  • Preparing and presenting sales proposals and pitches to secure new business
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for our clients
  • Collaborating closely with the wider sales and operations team to achieve targets and deliver results
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
  • Contributing to the development of sales strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the logistics or transportation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • A proactive, target-driven approach with a strong customer service focus
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field is preferred
