Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for an Intern in Human Resources, based in Ladang Sendayan. The intern will assist with various HR activities, including recruitment coordination, employee engagement initiatives, data management, and compliance documentation. They will also support training sessions, assist in updating HR systems, and collaborate on projects aimed at improving HR processes and programs.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and Training Coordination
  • Proficiency in Data Management and Documentation for HR systems
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to diverse tasks
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office) and attention to detail
  • A passion for learning and contributing to HR process improvements
  • Ongoing enrollment in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
