Job Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning: Develop medium-to-long-term human capital strategies for Southeast Asia, align with headquarters' HR objectives, and optimize the talent pipeline and recruitment/allocation mechanisms implemented by HR Managers.

Compensation & Performance System Leadership: Oversee the upgrade of compensation and performance systems, monitor labor costs (cross-checking attendance/payroll data managed by HR Managers), ensuring cost compliance and control.

Labor Law Compliance Expertise: Provide in-depth interpretation of employment regulations across multiple Southeast Asian countries, guide HR Managers in risk mitigation, and establish a regional compliance and risk control log.

Corporate Culture Implementation: Lead the localization of corporate culture, conduct culture-focused discussions/team-building initiatives, and organize cross-border cultural integration activities.

HR Team Leadership: Manage the HR team, mentor HR Managers and specialists, and enhance the team's professional capabilities.

Cross-Regional Coordination: Bridge headquarters and subsidiaries, resolving critical employee relations and organizational effectiveness issues that HR Managers cannot address independently.

Qualifications:

Experience:

o   10+ years in HR, with 5+ years in overseas HR management (Southeast Asia focus) and 3+ years in deputy director/director-level leadership roles.

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Skills:

o   Mastery of all HR modules (with expertise in compensation & performance and compliance).

o   Deep understanding of Southeast Asian cultures.

o   Chinese and English as a working language

o   Strategic mindset and cross-departmental coordination abilities.
