Your Main Responsibilities

1. Customer Consultation

Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses based on their lifestyle, personality, and visual needs.

2. Build Strong Customer Relationships

Provide sincere, friendly service that keeps customers coming back because they trust you — not because of promotions.

3. Achieve Monthly Sales Targets

Hit personal sales goals through honest recommendations and excellent service. No hard selling needed.

4. Product Knowledge Mastery

Understand frames, lenses, promotions, and fitting styles to recommend confidently and professionally.

5. Key In Sales into POS System

Ensure accurate and smooth transaction flow.

6. Shop Display Maintenance

Keep the showroom neat, stylish, and welcoming.

7. Team Collaboration

Work closely with opticians and teammates to deliver a 5-star experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (retail or service industry preferred)
  • Preferably Chinese
  • Open for Malaysians only
  • Able to communicate in English, Chinese, and Malay
  • Friendly personality, good attitude, willing to learn
  • Passionate about styling, fashion, or helping customers
