Role Overview

The Junior Account Executive at Nose plays a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations across the company. You'll assist in managing daily accounting tasks, from processing payments and tracking sales proceeds to maintaining up-to-date financial records. This role requires strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing both retail and e-commerce transactions. You'll work closely with the finance team to support reporting, reconciliation, and overall financial efficiency within the brand.

Key Responsibilities

1) Accounts Payable

  • Process supplier payments, staff claims, and customer refunds accurately and on time.

2) Accounts Receivable

  • Generate and issue e-invoices promptly.
  • Record all retail store and e-commerce sales proceeds, and prepare official receipts.

3) Bank Reconciliation & Record Keeping

  • Update daily cash flow records and perform regular bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure all accounting records are up to date.

4) General Accounting Support

  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks and assist with management reporting or assignments as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
