Responsibilities:
· Work with the Hiring Manager to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
· Arrange, assist in interview when required and liaise with HRM on selection for the most suitable candidate.
· Liaise with the government statutory submission and submit monthly contribution.
· Assist HR Manager in handling Labour/EPF case etc.
· Administer the payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll.
· Evaluating and monitoring training course submission of all departments (HRD Corp). Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employees using assessment form.
· Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and etc.).
· Manage Festive Season Greeting, Notification of NEW and Resigned Staffs through company channel.
· Manage and maintain company asset and property.
· Prepare employment contract in the record keeping.
· Assist in onboarding and offboarding for staff.
· Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation and benefits information.
· Prepare a record of leave period taken by an employee in the record keeping.
· Oversee the attendance record, leave, disciplinary of the staff.
· Monitoring and justify the employee claim and reimbursement and keep a record of the business miles.
· Understand and adhere to all pertinent Sarawak Labour Law.
· Documentation & filing.
· Tasks assigned from management from times to times.
