REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ACCA qualification (completed or in the final stage) is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles (preferably in the F&B industry).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and local financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Auto Count, or Xero) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Financial :

• Maintain accurate financial records and manage the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and financial summaries.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including supplier invoices and customer payments.
• Reconcile daily sales reports with POS and bank statements.
• Manage budgeting, cash flow, and expense tracking.
• Ensure compliance with SST, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Prepare documentation and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
• Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.
• Monitor inventory costs and assist in cost control for café operations.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
• Manage payroll preparation and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
• Support HR functions such as staff attendance, leave tracking, and record-keeping.
• Assist in procurement processes and maintain supplier databases.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the finance, operations, and management teams.
• Implement and maintain company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
