Job Responsibilities

· Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and maintenance of accounting records.

· Process supplier invoices, staff claims and petty cash transactions, and ensure timely and accurate payments.

· Responsible for monitoring accounts receivable, following up on overdue payments, and preparing official receipt in a timely and accurate manner.

· Handle cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting with regular monitoring and reporting.

· Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and any other external parties when required.

· Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Good attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines.

· Analytical with ability to organize, multi-task and fast learner.
