Headquartered in Singapore, DayOne operates across Singapore, Malaysia, As we scale our international footprint Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Japan, and Finland. As we scale our international footprint, we are seeking a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented Regional Marketing Operations Executive to support marketing activities. This is a hands-on role that provides operational support to Brand, Communications & PR, Product Marketing, and Corporate Affairs, ensuring smooth execution of projects, events, vendor management, and multi-market initiatives. You will work closely with the Singapore HQ team and gain broad exposure across multiple marketing disciplines in a fast-growing global organization.
ResponsibilitiesSupport Brand, Communications & PR, Product Marketing, and Corporate Affairs by preparing materials, organizing digital assets, managing vendors, and ensuring deliverables are completed with high quality.
Assist with events, leadership visits, filming sessions, partner activities, and media engagements by coordinating logistics, preparing onsite materials, and helping ensure smooth execution across APAC.
Maintain organized documentation and digital libraries (decks, images, videos, reference files) to provide accurate and up-to-date information for all teams.
Manage vendor interactions, including quotations, production timelines, basic procurement steps, and quality checks, to support campaigns, events, and marketing outputs.
Track project timelines, follow-ups, tasks, and cross-functional action items to keep multi-market marketing activities running efficiently.
Provide hands-on operational support for marketing campaigns, launches, internal and external presentations, and ongoing regional projects.

Detail-focused with strong ownership and reliable follow-through
Organised, hands-on, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong relationship-builder with vendors and internal teams
Self-driven, resourceful, and solutions-focused
3–5 years experience in marketing operations, event support, vendor management, or project coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and disciplined execution
Comfortable working with regional teams across multiple countries and time zones
Able to work independently and manage tasks without close supervision
