We are inviting dynamic, committed and result oriented professional to join us for the following position:

Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Responsibilities:

· Ensure proper preparation of Bill of Quantities

· Establish unit rates and cost estimation for project

· Evaluate and analyze subcontractors , suppliers and client

· Monitor , control cost and budget for project

· Ensure proper evaluation and certification of sub contractors' progress claims

· Attend to contractual claims and disputes for project

· Prepare and settle final accounts with subcontractors and client

Requirements:

· Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Survey/Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years(s) of working experience in civil or building works

· Possess leadership skills and with ability to work independently

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
