Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated SAP Consultant for HCM/SuccessFactors to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Selangor, Malaysia. The role involves providing end-to-end implementation, support, and consulting services for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules. The consultant will engage in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, supporting master data management, and ensuring seamless integration with other business processes. Additional responsibilities include working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver customized solutions that align with organizational goals and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret business needs and translate them into effective solutions
  • Proven experience in Consulting and advising clients on SAP HCM/SuccessFactors solutions
  • Expertise in Business Process design and optimization within HR and talent management domains
  • Knowledge of Master Data management to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Skills in Integration of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with other enterprise applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and related tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
