Job Summary

As a Coordinator, Admin, HR & Sustainability, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations of

UNGCMYB, with a focus on administrative tasks, human capital, and sustainability functions. You will

work closely with the team to contribute to the smooth functioning of the organisation and ensure that

admin, HR & sustainability processes are efficiently managed.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, document

management, and record-keeping.

● Manage operational needs of the organisation's office space and training centre space.

● Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, workshops, and events.

● Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

● Develop and nurture a positive working culture within the organisation.

● Support the collection, organisation, and preparation of data for sustainability reporting.

Required Skills

● Excellent communication skills

● Experience in administrative, HR and sustainability reporting

● Proficient in Microsoft/Google Office Suite

● Strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a team-oriented environment

● Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail

● Knowledge of sustainable business practices and the UN Global Compact is a plus

● Diploma/Bachelor's degree in administration, HR, sustainability or related field
