Weekend Marketing & Promotion for Optical shop

Task List

1. Host in-house eye screening test.

  • Conduct test to verify the prescription power of contact lenses for clarity and comfort.
  • Create, plan and execute mini events by inviting people to try our specialized eye exam method.
  • Share product add-ons - Inform them about available accessories or add-on products to enhance their experience.
  • * Training will be provided*

2. Assist customers with the common task:

  • Clean customer glasses - Gently wipe and polish glasses; use ultrasonic cleaning if needed for a deep clean.
  • Tighten loose screws on glasses - Carefully check and tighten any loose screws to ensure frames are secure and comfortable.
  • Change glasses nose pads - Replace worn or damaged nose pads with standard ones to improve fit and prevent slipping.
  • Apply anti-fog coating (with customer's permission) - Spray or wipe on an anti-fog solution to help keep lenses clear in humid or cold conditions.
  • * Training will be provided*

Working Hours

  • 11am to 9pm; 2 hours break to be self decided.

Daily KPI Targets

  • Perform 10 Eye Screening Test

Rewards

  • RM100 base pay.
  • RM10 for every eye-screening and contact lens package sold.

Eligibility

  • Local Malaysians only.
  • Students are welcome.
  • Must have experience and confidence in hosting events.
  • Must wear glasses or contact lenses.
  • Preferably a cheerful and out-going personality.
