Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures in compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Foster a positive and productive work culture through effective employee engagement and relations management.
  • Handle the full recruitment cycle — from job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination to onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal files, attendance, and leave management.
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR procedures.
  • Administer monthly payroll processing and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), as well as preparation of annual filings (Form E, Form EA, and Form 22).
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes, probation reviews, and related documentation.
  • Plan and support staff training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR-related events.
  • Ensure full compliance with Malaysian employment laws, company policies, and internal HR standards.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in handling foreign staff will be an added advantage.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
