We are seeking an experienced POSITION of Sales Executive cum Customer Services to join our team at WOW BOX PACK SDN BHD in Kepong Ehsan Jaya, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including assist with sourcing, evaluations and estimate budgets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of office procedures and policies
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
  • Must be fluent and proficient in English, Mandarin, Malay and other languages an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working location: Kepong Ehsan Jaya, Kuala Lumpur.
