Job Description

  • Maintain relevant internal human resources records (e.g., employee basic information, job descriptions, job rotation records, attendance records, and performance appraisal records).

  • Recruit, select, and appoint personnel to address the company's manpower needs.

  • Plan human resource utilization budgets, establish and maintain the company's compensation system and work rules, manage employee welfare systems and retirement plans, and provide personnel management reports (e.g., work hour planning, attendance management).

  • Plan the company's training and development system, conduct needs analysis, planning, implementation, and effectiveness evaluation for training and development.

  • Conduct job analysis to serve as a reference for future departmental job reviews, job assignments, staffing, departmental responsibilities, and job description development.

  • Plan, guide, and coordinate all employee-related issues (e.g., employment contracts, compensation, labour laws, employee relations), and proactively propose policy improvements to achieve optimal management results.

  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • At least Diploma / bachelor's degree or relevant field

  • 3+ years of HR-related experience

  • Familiar with the three main HR modules; recruitment, performance management, and training

  • Understanding labor laws, compensation structures, and HR system planning.

  • Position work attitude, diligence and willingness to take on challenging tasks

  • Required language(s) : English, Malay and Mandarin (to liaise with counterparts in Taiwan & China)

  • Working experiences included worked with newly setup company. Staying in Johor Bahru will be add advantages.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
