Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized
HR Admin & Finance Executive
to manage and support daily operations across human resources, administration, and finance functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB), employee lifecycle management, and office administration.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong coordination skills, the ability to handle confidential information with integrity, and a solid understanding of HR and finance procedures. Experience in managing vendor coordination, employee documentation, and financial recordkeeping is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1.Human Resources

  • Administer and maintain payroll data, ensuring compliance with statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB, and others).
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and attendance systems.
  • Handle onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding documentation.
  • Support HR policy implementation, leave management, and HR reporting.
  • Liaise with MDEC for matters related to expatriate applications, and related government submissions.
  • Coordinate employee training programs — maintain training records and support employee learning & development initiatives.

2.Administration

  • Handle office administrative duties including stationery, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and facility maintenance.
  • Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Support management in preparing HR-related reports, letters, and communication.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, workshops, and team-building activities.

3. Finance

  • Assist Finance in accounts, purchase order (PO) preparation, invoice tracking, and audit-related document filing.
  • Support management in preparing HR and finance-related reports, letters, and internal documentation
