Working days: 5.5 days (normal working hours)

1 HC- based on Johor Jaya Office

1 HC- based on Kempas Office

  • To carry out general site office administration duties and tasks of our projects.
  • Responsible to handle warehouse or store at sites.
  • To coordinate with purchaser and closely monitor inventory level at sites to prevent low stock level
  • Liaise with purchaser for stock replenishment instructed by supervisor or project manager.
  • Preparing, applying, renewing and filing all permits or passes required for all staffs at sites.
  • Preparing report and liaise to all necessary departments at HQ.
  • To produce and process drawing using AutoCAD.
  • To create plans details and drawings for precast structural projects.
  • To receive, record update and file all project documents and drawing.
  • Any other ad-hoc / duties / projects that may be assigned by supervisor or project manager as and when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in civil, QS, construction, or any related field.
  • Required skill (s) : MS Office, AutoCAD (basic knowledge of AutoCAD), Schematic for Mechanical & Electrical.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience.
  • Possess good personal attitude that comes with job responsibility & dedication.
  • Willing to travel and be able to work at project site some time
  • Have own transport

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
