1 HC- based on Johor Jaya Office
1 HC- based on Kempas Office
- To carry out general site office administration duties and tasks of our projects.
- Responsible to handle warehouse or store at sites.
- To coordinate with purchaser and closely monitor inventory level at sites to prevent low stock level
- Liaise with purchaser for stock replenishment instructed by supervisor or project manager.
- Preparing, applying, renewing and filing all permits or passes required for all staffs at sites.
- Preparing report and liaise to all necessary departments at HQ.
- To produce and process drawing using AutoCAD.
- To create plans details and drawings for precast structural projects.
- To receive, record update and file all project documents and drawing.
- Any other ad-hoc / duties / projects that may be assigned by supervisor or project manager as and when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in civil, QS, construction, or any related field.
- Required skill (s) : MS Office, AutoCAD (basic knowledge of AutoCAD), Schematic for Mechanical & Electrical.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience.
- Possess good personal attitude that comes with job responsibility & dedication.
- Willing to travel and be able to work at project site some time
- Have own transport
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
