Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing for daily kitchen prep.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards and food preparation checklist.
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately.
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Requirements:
- SPM, Professional Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Advantage if have two years of kitchen experience.
- 1 Full-time position (s) available.
