What you'll be doing (Skop Tugas)

• Ensure all cabinet systems are installed within the specified time frame according to installation drawings
• Ensure all cabinets are installed according to quality standards and SOPs
• Respond to inquiries and resolve customer complaints at the work site
• Communicate closely with the installation team members
• Report to the office on the progress of work at the site and any issues that arise, while submitting reports/pictures
• Assist in resolving all technical problems and issues at the work site
• Provide photos and information daily after each site visit
• Inspect the M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) condition at the work site
• Ensure that all work sites are equipped with floor protectors as per the layout
• Minimize errors during installation and delivery

• Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time

• Memastikan semua sistem kabinet dipasang dalam tempoh masa yang ditetapkan mengikut lukisan pemasangan

• Memastikan semua kabinet dipasang mengikut piawaian kualiti dan SOP
• Menangani pertanyaan serta menyelesaikan aduan pelanggan di tapak kerja.Berkomunikasi rapat dengan ahli pasukan pemasangan
• Melaporkan kepada pejabat mengenai perkambangan kerja di tapak serta sebarang isu yang timbul, termasuk menghantar laporan/gambar
• Membantu menyelesaikan semua masalah dan isu teknikal di tapak kerja
• Menyediakan gambar dan maklumat harian selepas setiap lawatan tapak
• Memeriksa keadaan M&E (Mekanikal dan Elektrikal) di tapak kerja
• Memastikan semua tapak kerja dilengkapi pelindung lantai mengikut susun atur
• Meminimumkan kesilapan semasa pemasangan dan penghantaran
• Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain seperti yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa

What We're Looking For (Kriteria Jawatan)

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in cabinet or furniture installation (residential or commercial projects).
• Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and installation equipment safely and effectively.
• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and install heavy cabinetry components.
• Willing to work long hours, on public holidays, and weekends when necessary
• Able to speak and write in simple Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Have a positive work attitude and a strong team spirit
• Basic problem-solving skills to handle on-site adjustments or unforeseen issues

• Possess own transport and valid GDL license is an added advantage

• Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman hands-on dalam pemasangan kabinet atau perabot (projek kediaman atau komersial).

• Mahir menggunakan peralatan kuasa, peralatan tangan, dan peralatan pemasangan dengan selamat dan berkesan.
• Sihat fizikal serta mampu mengangkat, membawa, dan memasang komponen kabinet yang berat.
• Sanggup bekerja lebih masa, pada hari kelepasan am, dan hujung minggu apabila diperlukan.
• Mampu bertutur dan menulis dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris secara asas.
• Mempunyai sikap kerja positif dan semangat kerja berpasukan yang tinggi.
• Kemahiran asas penyelesaian masalah untuk menangani pelarasan atau isu tidak dijangka di tapak.
• Memiliki kenderaan sendiri dan lesen GDL yang sah adalah satu kelebihan.
