Technical Sales Engineer

Location: Penang, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-time

Language Requirement: English & Mandarin

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related).

MUST have prior experience working in an electronics components company.

-
MUST hands-on experience in selling electronic components such as wire harnesses, cables, fasteners, diodes, oscillators, ICs, SSDs, connectors and etc.

  • Proven track record in sales and customer engagement, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Fresh graduates (Engineering courses) are encouraged to apply.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required for communication with China customers.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when necessary.

  • Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.

Senior Human Resources Executive

Location: Penang, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-time

Language Requirement: English, Mandarin & Malay

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the electronics manufacturing, electronics engineering, or electronics industry.

MUST have experience working in a recruiter or talent acquisition company.

  • Candidates with experience in hiring or managing component sales engineers are highly preferred

  • Individuals who have direct contact or working experience with component sales engineer resources are encouraged to apply.

  • Familiar with Malaysian labour laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to engage across all organizational levels.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required due to frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders.

  • Independent, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
