About Us:

We are a growing traditional wellness brand in Malaysia, with over 10 years of clinical experience. Our unique 3-in-1 approach blends traditional therapy, edible herbs, and personalized follow-ups to effectively solve sinus issues naturally.

What you'll do:

• Assess clients' conditions and recommend suitable treatments.
• Provide post-treatment care advice and keep accurate treatment records.
• Ensure all treatments follow safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all services and products offered.
• Build trust and rapport with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of all treatment areas.

What we're looking for:

• Malaysian citizen.
• Responsible, positive and service-oriented personality.
• Good communication skills (Mandarin is a bonus).
• Able to work on weekends.
• Candidates with medical-related background or experience (wellness, healthcare, beauty therapy or similar fields) are highly encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply (In-house training provided).
• Willing to accept relocation as needed.
