Technical Business Unit – ERP Pre-Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business requirements, objectives, and pain points.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products, services, and solutions, along with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and technical workshops to effectively showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to tailor product presentations and demonstrations according to the specific needs of each prospect.
  • Proactively challenge the status quo by showcasing best practices and process optimizations that add value to prospective clients' businesses.
  • Maintain a high level of customer relationship and satisfaction.
  • Generate minimum of 4 leads every month.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Accounting, IT, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of ERP consulting or presales experience (functional or technical).
  • Prior exposure to industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or retail is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing process will be advantageous.
  • Ability to conduct discovery sessions and translate client needs into ERP solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, KingdeeCG, YonBIP, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
