We are looking for a Junior System Analyst (3-5 years experience) to support AML (Anti-Money Laundering) technology environments. The role involves infrastructure and environment management, application support, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure AML systems operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support AML system environments, including setup, connectivity, installation, patching, and updates.
  • Provide system analysis and technical support for AML applications and infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts (Unix Shell, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Work with Java and PL/SQL for system-related enhancements and fixes.
  • Monitor and support middleware and communication protocols (SFTP, Connect Direct, IBM MQ, etc.) and scheduling tools (Control-M or equivalent).
  • Perform issue analysis, root cause investigation, and resolution in AML environments.
  • Manage system changes using version control tools (Git, BitBucket, Aldon, etc.).
  • Collaborate with compliance, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth AML technology operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills (Mandatory):
  • 3-5 years of experience in system analysis and environment management.
  • Strong skills in Unix Shell Scripting (Bash, PowerShell), PL/SQL, and Java.
  • Proficiency in WebLogic, Windows OS, Linux, and Virtual Machines (VMs).
  • Hands-on experience with middleware protocols (SFTP, Connect Direct, IBM MQ, etc.) and scheduling tools (Control-M).
  • Knowledge of version control tools (Aldon, Git, BitBucket, etc.).
  • Strong database knowledge (Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, MySQL).

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with Compliance Technology products (NetReveal, Actimize, Ficrosoft Continuity, Tookitaki).
  • Knowledge of AML-KYC, Transaction Monitoring (TM), Financial Market Fraud (FMF), and Money Laundering Surveillance (MLS) domains.
  • Prior banking experience, preferably in Group Compliance.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube).
  • Basic skills in Python for automation and development.
