Responsibilities:
Assist in handling all administrative, clerical and general functions in the Penang Branch.
Carry out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, scanning and copying paperwork and filing of document.
Responsible for compiling and updating daily employee attendance records and provide reporting to HQ.
Maintain control of branch office stationery and sundry supply / inventories.
Receive incoming mail / deliveries and process outgoing mails, documents, parcels via courier services.
Coordinate and arrange daily dispatch delivery activities.
Welcomes visitor by greeting them and assist in visitors' registration.
Receive and compile all invoices by vendors and request for payment to HQ.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
