Admin Assistant
Location: Office in Taman Sri Segambut, Kuala Lumpur
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site, pm (Monday - Friday)
Job Description
- To assist in day-to-day administrative and basis accounting related activities
- Prepare Purchase Order, issue Delivery Order & Sales Invoice
- Ensure proper & systematic filing of documents
- Responsible for general administration
- To handle tasks and assignments given by management from time to time
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Undertake any other related tasks as required
Job Requirement:-
- Those with admin experience is an advantage
- Familiar with AutoCount, and Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Willing to learn and committed to work
- Able to work independently
- Able to communicate inEnglish and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
