Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Master's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin will be added as an advantages
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the Papermaking/Packaging field is required for this position.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry (Wood, pulp and paper manufacturing or Packaging industry) will be added as an advantages.
  • Willing to travel

Job Scope :

Market research & Develop 市场调研与开发

  1. Marketing research and collect market information, to summarize work progress, include consumption of targeted market, customer base, analysis, positioning product, market share, analysis customer need, competitor information;
  2. Complete market information and market research, summit research and report on time;

Customer maintaining & Develop 市场客户的维护与开发

  1. Active in visiting customer, return visit from time to time, well maintaining existing customer in the same time develop new customer
  2. Provide good service, interact and communicate with customer timely;
  3. Concern on customer production status, feedback to superior in time.

Sales target accomplishment 销售指标的完成

  1. To understand self-sales target and planning, also analysis target and planning; \
  2. To draw plan in order to complete work;
  3. Complete all sales target according planning and ensure 100% of collection;

Job Role 岗位工作

  1. Complete report of progress timely, example customer visit record, weekly action plan and etc.;
  2. Collect competitor sample from time to time, feedback for market information and competitive product sales strategy;
  3. Receive order, sign contract by department, strictly execute department system, to conduct daily progress according department;
  4. Follow up closely product quality and market feedback, well manage internal communication.
  5. To obey rule and regulation of company and department, to obey department managements and dispatch;
  6. Manage well in work position coordination;
  7. To complete all task arrange by departments.
