Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager Assistant who will be responsible for the following duties:
- Warehouse Management: Oversee daily operations and management of the warehouse, ensuring inventory is accurate and shipments are made on time.
- Procurement Management: Assist in sourcing necessary products and raw materials, ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
- Order Management: Handle customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
- Sales Management: Participate in the formulation and implementation of sales strategies, driving the achievement of sales targets.
- Financial Management: Ensure control of daily operational costs and collaborate with the finance team in managing the budget.
- Delivery Management: Work with the delivery team to ensure goods are delivered on time and safely.
- Assist and share workload with the Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 1 year of relevant management experience, especially in warehouse management, procurement, or sales.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for daily work travel.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Open to both male and female applicants.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
- 5.5 working days per week.
Location: Taman Ungku Tun Aminah, Johor.

- 具有较强的解决问题能力。
- 男女均可。
- 提供在职培训。
- 每周工作5天半。
