Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in writing proposals, preparing paperwork, and conducting thorough product analysis to support business development and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and assist in the development of business proposals, ensuring all necessary documentation and technical details are thoroughly captured.
  • Conduct comprehensive product analysis, including identifying key metrics, market trends, and user needs to inform business decisions and product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for various projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of business case papers, reports, and other essential documents to support internal and external stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the company's products and services, offering insights on potential improvements and market positioning.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure timely delivery of business solutions.
  • Ensure all business analysis is aligned with the strategic goals and objectives of the company.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years Business Analyst / Product Analyst experience in Fintech and/or E-Wallet industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory bodies like Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and the Securities Commission is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise proposals and business documentation.
  • Proven experience in product analysis, including market research, user experience analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to process and interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
