About the role

Klinik Haiwan Healing Pets' is seeking an Accounts Executive to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic organisation in the Accounting industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Provide support to the accounting team as needed
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Accounts Executive role
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as SQL
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the Accounting industry and small business operations
