Responsibilities

  • Involved in the full spectrum of accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial report.
  • Assist in the preparation of a full set of accounts, including journals, ledgers, and financial statements.
  • Support the Accountant in preparing the annual budget, forecasts, and financial analysis.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports for management review.
  • Manage and maintain accounting documentation and records independently.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and other relevant professionals to ensure compliance with audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc accounting or administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Certifications in Accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
  • At least 3 years experience in Full Set Accounting.
  • Familiar with Accounting software such as AutoCount / SQL
  • Applicants must be able to work independently with a creative mind and good problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
