Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering (Master's preferred).

Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in commissioning or MEP systems in mission-critical environments.
  • At least 5 years in a senior management or multi-site leadership role.

Certifications (preferred but not required)

  • Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP – BCA)
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Uptime Institute Tier Designer or Operations Specialist
  • LEED Accredited Professional
  • ISO 50001 / Quality Management Systems experience is a plus

Skills

  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MEP systems, controls, and system integration.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and complex schedules.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.

Work Environment

  • Combination of site-based and corporate office presence.
  • Regular travel to project locations (domestic or international) as required.
  • May involve extended hours during testing phases or critical handovers.
