Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive RPA Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automation tool, process analysis, and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

 Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.

 Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using Blue Prism tool.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

 Document automation solutions and create technical specifications and user guides.

 Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation design.

 Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

 4-6 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.

 Proficiency in one or more RPA platforms (Most preferably Blue Prism tool, if not, good to go with UiPath or Automation Anywhere experience).

 Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow design, and business analysis.

 Familiarity with Mainframe application, APIs, enterprise systems integration.

 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

 RPA certification (e.g., BluePrism Developer Certification).
