Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Subang Jaya. The Administrative Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, manage correspondence, maintain organized records, and assist in clerical duties. Additional responsibilities include answering phones professionally, coordinating schedules, supporting executive administration, and providing general office support.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including record-keeping and document organization
- Attention to detail, organizational ability, and time management skills
- Experience in a relevant administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., MS Office suite) is advantageous
