Production Manager

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily manufacturing activities to achieve production targets.
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of skilled personnel, and provide comprehensive training to maintain a competent and motivated workforce.
- Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and customer/client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing strategic guidance.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
- Oversee the design of assembly.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years manufacturing work experience and minimum 2 years managerial level experience.
- Experience with automation and industry 4.0 technologies is added advantage
- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements.
- Knowledge in 5S, Kaizen, TPM, LEAN manufacturing
- People Management Skill
- Operation Management Skill
- Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate – Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay: RM7, RM8,000.00 per month
