Key Account Executive/Trainee

- Plan, manage, grow & develop business opportunities with key accounts (key customers) assigned.
- To develop collaborative trading partnership with key customers with constant strategic business planning to drive category sales and to gain market shares
- Monitor and review sales performance & marketing effectiveness
- Plan, executes and coordinates promotions with inter department teams to ensure timely & flawless execution
- Responsible on Trading Terms negotiations with the retailer on yearly basis.
To develop and execute Joint-Business Plans via Trade Marketing Campaigns with retailers on the objectives in driving sales performances & maximizing brand awareness
Actively engage in meetings with customers and proactively look at best solution for the business
- Accountable for effectively managing collections and disputes
- Develop new markets and expand our key account base
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Related or any related fields
- Minimum 2 years work experience in modern trade channel/ experience in dealing with distributors.
- Computer literate with good communication, report and presentation skills
- Strong account management, influencing, negotiation, analytical thinking and able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (verbal & understanding). Independent & able to work in a team.
- Fast learner & aggressive
- Fluency in English and able to communicate in mandarin.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel nationwide.
