Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to manage and support our in-house developed system. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in software development, excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to work with customers.

Customer Support:

  • Provide timely technical assistance to system users, addressing queries and resolving issues related to network configuration and software functionality.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems while guiding customers through solutions.
  • Develop expert-level knowledge of our in-house software to deliver exceptional support.
  • Collaborate with client technology teams and escalate unresolved issues to internal teams when necessary.

Software Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java applications tailored to project requirements.
  • Conduct unit testing to ensure application stability and minimize defects.
  • Document code and processes for seamless collaboration within the team.

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills:

  • 1–4 years of experience in Java programming and technical support.
  • Proficiency in Java SE/EE (OOP, multithreading, collections) and familiarity with Eclipse IDE.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL/MSSQL), RESTful web services, and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with VMware, Windows Server, Linux/Unix systems and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills to translate technical issues into user-friendly solutions.
  • Self-discipline with the ability to work independently while managing tasks effectively under minimal supervision.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or higher in Software Development, Information Technology, or related fields (certifications are a plus).
