To market Bancassurance product of partner banks

The Job

  • To achieve Sales Target from assigned Sales Channels.
  • Facilitates training to all sales staff in Insurance Product knowledge ; Sales and sales closing techniques ; Operation and fulfillment processes.
  • Simple Financial planning matters & Banca system.
  • Handle Enquiries from Banker & Customers.
  • To proactively working with Leaders to plan sales activity and create Banca awareness in order to keep grow Banca's business from assigned sales channels.
  • To increase Sales staff participating and activity ratio.
  • To support RP event and weekend banking(if any).
  • Accomplishes other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

We are looking for people with

  • Possess tertiary qualification from any discipline.
  • Has minimum of 2 years working experience-selling life insurance, with demonstrable selling skills.
  • In-depth knowledge in bancassurance High adaptability in the changing environment, e.g new product launching, change of process, & travel outstation (if needed).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, rapport building etc.)
  • Presentation skills & leaderships skills
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
