Support issuance of Guarantee Letter (GL) and registration of medical claims within the Turnaround Time (TAT). To escalates cases to claim assessor, assists with health claims data entry, and follows up for any missing documentation. 

You'll be responsible for:

  • Support issuance of Guarantee Letter (GL) requests
  • Manage Case Registration from hospitals related to GL requests within agreed TAT. 
  • Support on case escalation: Ensures that all registered cases are escalated to claim assessor for processing within TAT. 
  • Responsible for data entry process within the department related to health claims.
  • Responsible to perform proper escalation including feedback and/or complaints to respective unit
  • Assist with following up with hospitals to obtain any pending documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information according to data privacy requirement.
  • Undertake other duties and assignments assigned by the management as and when required.

Important to your success:

  • Undergraduate degree in any related studies

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment

  • Basic knowledge of PC usage and data entry

  • Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity.
