Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sales-related activities.
  • Coordinate and carry out aftermarket service tasks.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer personnel.
  • Establish and maintain close communication with principal personnel.
  • Offer support for sales-related activities.
  • Coordinate and oversee supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors for both in-house and on-site tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project objectives and deliverables.
  • Track project progress and maintain organized project records.
  • Prepare and present regular progress updates and necessary documentation.
  • Provide assistance with technical inquiries or issues related to the project.
  • Adhere to the company's policies on Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment.
  • Follow and enforce the company's ISO9001 Quality Management System protocols and procedures.

Requirement:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant aftermarket activities.
  • A degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
