  • Perform repair, test task, installation and servicing for company sold products. (Point of Sales and AIDC products)
  • Work closely with peers and customers to ensure timely resolution of issues reported.
  • Provide necessary solution or advice to customers on technical issue and problem raised.
  • Respond quickly to all requests and efficiently troubleshoot and repair within SLA.
  • To report, update and keep proper records of all service and repair in accordance to the company standard documentation system.
  • Possess teamwork spirit, positive attitude, and good discipline.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Able to communicate in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Basic Networking and IT knowledge will be an added advantage
  • 1 - 2 years related working experience
