Our client is a leading manufacturer of automotive appliances, specializing in the production of high-quality vehicle components and systems. The company serves both local and international markets, providing reliable products to support the automotive industry's supply chain.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily production management of the deburring team; formulate production plans and organize implementation to ensure timely task completion.
• Supervise team members to follow deburring process requirements and operating procedures to ensure product quality meets standards.
• Manage team attendance, scheduling, and performance evaluation; strengthen safety awareness and provide skill training.
• Maintain and manage deburring tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality and availability.
• Control material consumption, record production data accurately, and analyze process issues to propose improvement measures.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area; ensure proper 5S implementation to create a safe and efficient working environment.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / High School education, preferably with mechanical background.
• At least 3 years of deburring experience and 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Familiar with deburring processes, tools, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Salary Range: RM 2,000 - 4,000

Location: Senai, Johor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
