We are looking for someone who can start working IMMEDIATELY.
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team. This role is suitable for someone who is organized, proactive, and willing to handle both office and operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication professionally
- Assist in preparing invoices, delivery orders, and other basic paperwork
- Manage office supplies and inventory records
- Pack online sales parcels according to company procedures and go out to post during working hour.
- Liaise with courier and logistic companies and ensure timely dispatch of orders
- Provide support to management and colleagues as required
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Sheets
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Attentive to details, proficient in taking notes (you will take a lot of notes during learning)
- Strong work ethic and hardworking.
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
- Skills in SQL is an added advantage
- Prior experience in admin or e-commerce operations is an added advantage
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (off on the second and fifth Saturday of the month)
