Role OverviewAs an AI Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, engaging with clients, and delivering solutions that harness the power of AI and automation. You'll be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and real business needs, helping clients adopt solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries for AI and automation solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation, prospecting, product presentations/demos, negotiation, to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consultative and solution-based selling.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure solutions are tailored to client needs.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets (base + commission structure).
- Stay updated on AI industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Represent Springlab at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote our solutions.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years' sales experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about AI, robotics, and automation.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
