Plumber

JOB SCOPE:

-Installation And Service Pump and Water Filter

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Able to follow allocated schedule.
• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner
• Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers

Requirements

• Proven Field Service experience
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
• Can understand English and have basic English

_- MUST Have a GDL license_

Working hours:

Monday-Friday: 8.30am-5.30pm

Saturday: 9am-1pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month

• Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Service technician: 1 year (Required)

• GDL (Required)
